Registration
Please complete the online registration form to attend the June 9-12, 2025 Southern Mini Land Grant Conference in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Registration deadlines are listed below and you will need to pay at the time of registration with a credit card or via Internal Service Delivery (ISD is for UA Division of Agriculture employees only - instructions are provided below).

Registration Fees and Dates:
- Conference Registration - $725 (through May 9, 2025)
- Late Registration - $760 (May 10 – May 23, 2025)
- Guest or Spouse of Attendee Registration - $250 (includes Monday reception, all meals onsite and Wednesday afternoon tour and dinner)
Conference Registration provides full participation in the conference; meals that are delineated on the agenda, including breakfasts, morning breaks, lunches, afternoon breaks, the Monday Welcome Reception, and the Wednesday afternoon offsite tour and dinner. Registration also includes transportation to the Monday evening Welcome Reception, Wednesday afternoon tour, and dinner.
Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be received in writing to clmiller@uasys.edu by May 30, 2025. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all refunds (including guests). No refunds will be issued after May 30, 2025.
