The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is committed to having environments for employees and participants in our programs that are free from discrimination and are diverse and inclusive, where fairness and mutual respect are valued and differences are welcomed.  The Office of Inclusion, Access, and Compliance provides training to assist employees to understand discrimination, harassment, etc. and how to address behaviors that violate the Division’s non-discrimination policies or any other Division policies that are contrary to the Division’s commitment.

Managers, supervisors, faculty, department heads, directors are responsible for informing employees who are under their direction or supervision of the Division’s non-discrimination policies.

Below are links to certain training materials that employees can use to educate themselves and become knowledgeable about Division policies.
