Public Notifications
Public notification is at the core of our civil rights efforts. The University of
Arkansas Systems Division of Agriculture Research and Extension must take the necessary
steps to inform the public that it does not discriminate, adheres to all civil rights
laws, and most importantly, is open and available to everyone. Our public notification
efforts include: having a nondiscrimination statement on all documents, brochures,
flyers, announcements, etc., and prominently displaying the USDA "And Justice for
All" poster in public areas.
- The following statement has been approved and must be included on Division letterhead,
