The Division is committed to providing meaningful access to programs and services for those individuals who do not speak English as their primary language and who have a limited ability to read, speak, write, or understand English can be limited English proficient, or “LEP." These individuals are entitled to language assistance with respect to a particular type of service, benefit, or encounter.The assistance may be in the form of translation of materials into other languages and/or providing on-site translators, interpreters. Providing such services will be free of charge for the participant.If you are in need of a translator, interpreter, or need documents translated in any other language, please contact the Office of Inclusion, Access, and Compliance as soon as possible after receiving a request from a participant.
