UAEX.UADA.EDU Contact Us Protocol
The public website www.uaex.uada.edu has a "Contact Us" form where the public fills out a request and the request is submitted to members
of the Contact Us management team. The team is managed by the Communications department
led by Tracy Courage.Below is the official protocol for handling incoming requests from the public:
- Primary contact will forward the email/request from the client to the county staff chair and cc the admin (if county is chosen) or specialist (for non-Arkansas residents). The staff chair will send to the appropriate person for follow up.
- Carbon copy the District Director (if county is chosen) for that county.
- Primary contact will add “Please cc ___person’s name doing the forwarding__” on their reply or add “let me know so we know the client has been responded to”
(in the event of a phone reply).
Following this process will allow our clientele quick responses from the appropriate personnel.
