Is Your Page Official?
Do you already have an existing social media account? Is that page an official UADA Social Media page?
Official UADA Social Media pages/accounts are branded properly, registered and listed in the social media index, and at least 2 admins in your office, plus the social media manager as a third admin.
Before your page can become official, follow the following steps to ensure that your page has everything it needs.
Become official by registering your account!
Step 1: Make sure that two people in your office have access to the account. On Facebook, both people will need to have admin-level access.
Step 2: Check that your UADA Social Media account is listed on the website. For pages with a statewide or regional audience, check the UADA Social Media Index. For county social media pages, check your county's webpage on the UAEX website. If your social media page is not listed on these page, email socialmedia@uada.edu.
Step 3 (Facebook Only): Add socialmedia@uada.edu as an admin to your Facebook Page.
