Streamlyne

What is Streamlyne?

Streamlyne is the Division of Agriculture’s electronic research administration system. All sponsored projects (grants, contracts, and subawards) are initiated, routed and approved in this system. The Streamlyne documentation for sponsored projects will become a permanent record of one’s external funding history at the Division of Agriculture.

The Streamlyne system replaces the Finance-312 form for CES and the Proposal Routing form for AES.

What are the benefits of this system?

  • Streamlyne replaces manual or paper proposal processes and moves everything to one cohesive, electronic system.
  • Streamlyne is accessible from anywhere with internet access.
  • Streamlyne allows for more transparency. PIs will now have direct access to their proposal(s) within the system. You can review the routing status, attachments or all proposals you have submitted within Streamlyne. Administrators will also be able to access proposals for their department.
  • Streamlyne has reporting tools that enable quick access to metrics and data.
