Email Signatures

Having a great email signature goes a long way towards giving your emails a professional look. Below, we've provided emails signature templates you can copy and paste into your Outlook email signature. If you work for both the Division of Agriculture and Bumpers College, we've also provided some options that include both logos.

Instructions

1. Select the entire email signature, including the logo images.
2. Find the email signature editor in your email app. Instructions for the Outlook Web App (OWA), Outlook for PC, and Outlook or Mac are listed below:
   
   • OWA - Creating an email signature
     
   • Outlook for PC - Creating an email signature
     
   • Outlook for Mac - Creating an email signature
3. Paste the template signature into the editor.
4. Update the information. Remove information you don't need. Visit our email signature help page for more tips and help.
